Overview

The Treetop is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for its ABA therapy team. In this role, you will help recruit clinicians and behavior technicians who work with children on the autism spectrum, contributing directly to the organization’s mission of delivering meaningful care to children and families.

This position is remote, but candidates must live in the United States. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with either 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM hours. The offered salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the scheduling team to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Create, update, launch, and close job ads across recruiting platforms.
  • Screen applications and arrange interviews with suitable candidates.
  • Book and coordinate interviews for new applicants.
  • Interview candidates and assess whether they are a strong match for the role.
  • Draft and issue offer letters to selected hires.
  • Keep candidates informed with clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Help improve the recruiting experience so the process remains efficient and positive.
  • Support local hiring events and other community outreach recruitment activities when needed.

Qualifications

  • Must currently reside in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; psychology or social work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or the ABA field.
  • Administrative background with strong organizational ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Self-driven while also able to collaborate effectively with an in-office team.
  • Enjoys connecting with people and building professional relationships.
