About the Role
Capgemini is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help shape and execute hiring strategies across global and local teams. In this role, you will contribute to talent attraction efforts, support process and tool improvements, and help organize campus-related activities. The objective is to keep talent acquisition practices aligned across business entities while supporting the company’s broader mission of enabling clients to use technology to build a more sustainable and inclusive world.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, roll out, and track talent acquisition initiatives at both global and local levels.
- Support talent attraction activities, recruitment processes, and related tools and workflows.
- Contribute to campus engagement and other sourcing-related programs.
- Help maintain consistency in hiring practices across different entities and stakeholder groups.
- Assist in delivering services efficiently within a specific domain or functional area.
- Take ownership of more than one project or workstream when needed.
- Identify opportunities to add value beyond core responsibilities.
Role Scope
This position is expected to support multiple stakeholder groups in a specialized area, while coordinating several workstreams and helping improve overall delivery effectiveness.
Compensation
The posted base salary range for this role in Mississauga, Ontario is CAD 67,000 to CAD 140,000 per year. Final compensation may vary depending on factors such as location, education, credentials, certifications, licenses, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market conditions, and internal pay equity. Candidates are not typically hired at the top of the range. Depending on the role and applicable laws, additional pay such as incentives, bonuses, or commissions may also be available.
