About the Role
This is a mid-level, full-time remote opportunity open only to candidates based in Australia. The position focuses on managing recruitment across several business areas, with responsibility for attracting strong candidates, running hiring processes efficiently, and helping the company grow its workforce while keeping the applicant journey positive.
Key Responsibilities
- Run recruitment from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and shape recruitment plans.
- Find suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, talent databases, and professional networking.
- Carry out first-round candidate assessments and organize the interview flow.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
- Draft job descriptions, interview frameworks, and selection standards.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in an ATS.
- Monitor hiring measures such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and pipeline strength.
- Follow Australian employment legislation and sound hiring practices.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of sourcing methods and current recruitment tools.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or SuccessFactors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort working across multiple open roles in a fast-moving environment.
- Solid understanding of Australian hiring regulations and recruitment practices.
- Background in agency or in-house recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational ability and close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
