Role Overview

Languafina is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Mohali office. This position focuses on recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles and is suited to a motivated professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT openings across several client accounts.
  • Interpret client hiring needs and create sourcing plans that match the role requirements.
  • Find suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Review applications, evaluate profiles, and create shortlists aligned with the job criteria.
  • Arrange interviews and keep candidates informed at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Develop and nurture a reliable talent pool for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
  • Close positions efficiently while preserving hiring quality and fit.

Candidate Profile

The right applicant should have practical recruiting experience across IT and non-IT domains, along with a strong understanding of sourcing methods and end-to-end recruitment. Experience in staffing, recruitment consulting, or other client-facing hiring setups will be an advantage. The role also calls for solid communication, stakeholder handling, negotiation ability, and the confidence to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Additional Requirements

Applicants should be comfortable managing multiple open requisitions at once and should be familiar with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms. Exposure to bulk or mass hiring will be considered a plus.
