Role Overview

This position is suited to a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong interest in recruitment. You will join the people team and report directly to the Global Head of HR. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy, high-energy environment and is committed to delivering a high standard of service to both candidates and hiring managers.

You will handle the full recruitment process from start to finish, including understanding hiring needs, managing candidate selection, and supporting onboarding for successful hires. The role spans multiple functions, teams, and countries, and plays an important part in strengthening the company's talent pipeline and employer brand as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full hiring cycle, including drafting job descriptions, finding candidates, screening applications, interviewing, managing offers, and handing over for onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job needs, team setup, and business goals.
  • Find candidates proactively through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, employee referrals, and other inventive sourcing methods.
  • Review CVs and carry out first-round phone or video interviews to evaluate skills, background, and cultural fit.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring teams while keeping the process efficient and professional.
  • Keep candidates informed throughout the process and ensure their experience remains positive and timely.
  • Handle offer negotiation and the offer process, including salary conversations and joining dates.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Share recruitment progress and insights with stakeholders, including time-to-hire, pipeline status, and sourcing channel performance.
  • Look for ongoing improvements in recruitment tools, processes, and candidate experience.
  • Stay informed about hiring trends, labour market changes, and recruitment best practices.

Key Attributes

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a 360 recruitment role, either in-house or through an agency, preferably in a fast-moving or high-volume setting. A strong enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition is essential, along with the drive to set high standards and consistently meet them. You should take pride in providing a polished, professional service to both candidates and hiring managers.

Success in this role also requires resilience, flexibility, and a hands-on approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities without losing progress. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, as is the confidence to source candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset are also key.

Salary & Benefits

  • Annual salary range of €40,000 to €50,000.
  • 33 days of annual leave each year, public holidays included.
  • Option to buy up to 5 extra leave days annually.
  • €35 monthly contribution toward gym costs.
  • A guaranteed birthday day off when requested.
