About the Role

The LVMH Beauty Division, representing prestigious brands like Parfums Christian Dior, Givenchy, and Guerlain, is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a temporary four-month contract. This opportunity is based in New York and focuses on supporting our Talent Acquisition team by sourcing exceptional candidates for Retail and Head Office positions. The division balances heritage with innovation, ensuring its place in a competitive global market.

Key Duties

  • Identify and attract candidates via multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to spot top talent and detect hiring trends.
  • Apply innovative sourcing methods to engage passive job seekers effectively.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential hires, understanding their career goals.
  • Assist with scheduling to support the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with recruiters to craft and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company needs.
  • Develop and update pipelines of qualified candidates for current and upcoming roles.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and report sourcing metrics regularly to management.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices to continually refine sourcing tactics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting within corporate or agency environments.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-activity recruiting environment that requires rapid strategy adjustments.
  • Exceptional research and sourcing capabilities using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Compensation is competitive with an hourly rate target between 30 and 40 USD, with flexibility to reward experience and performance beyond this range.

Contract Details

  • Position is contract-based for four months.
