Role Summary
The Beauty Division is hiring a temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the Talent Acquisition function in finding and engaging strong Retail and Head Office talent. The role is a great fit for someone who enjoys proactive sourcing, talent research, and building strong professional relationships. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and contribute directly to hiring efforts that support business growth.
This assignment runs for four months and follows a four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, on site in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and identify potential candidates using channels such as job boards, social platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Research the market and review talent trends to uncover high-quality prospects.
- Use inventive sourcing approaches to connect with passive candidates and spark interest.
- Develop rapport with candidates and learn about their career goals and interests.
- Provide scheduling assistance to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Work with recruiters to design and carry out sourcing plans aligned with business priorities.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Keep candidate information updated in the applicant tracking system.
- Track sourcing activity and share progress metrics with management.
- Stay current on sourcing best practices and look for ways to improve methods and results.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and search tools used for recruiting.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-volume hiring environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Strong research capability and the ability to use sourcing platforms and job search tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

The employer uses the stated pay range as a market-based reference and may adjust compensation depending on experience, performance, and tenure. The published hourly range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
Work Schedule
