Overview
Numa is currently expanding its Talent Acquisition team as it grows across Europe. We are seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment, primarily focusing on non-technical roles, with occasional involvement in technical hiring. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers throughout the business to pinpoint strong candidates and support them through the hiring stages.
This position offers genuine mentorship from seasoned recruiters, opportunities to engage in strategic hiring decisions, and a chance to develop expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and AI-supported recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical vacancies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and recruitment timelines.
- Screen applicants, organize interviews, and assist candidates through offer stages to closure.
- Serve as the primary contact for hiring managers, providing regular updates and detailed weekly reports on candidate pipelines and market trends.
- Promote structured interviewing methodologies to guarantee fair and consistent candidate assessments.
- Facilitate feedback and calibration sessions with interview panels.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing diverse job boards and recruitment tools.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach efforts.
- Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for routinely recurring or challenging-to-fill positions.
- Monitor and report essential recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, and offer acceptance levels.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools like Claude and Metaview to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate communications.
- Encourage innovation and experimentation with AI technologies to boost hiring speed and candidate experience.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years experience handling full-cycle recruitment within agency or in-house corporate settings.
- Either prior experience using AI-based recruiting tools or a strong enthusiasm for adopting such technologies.
- Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple open positions effectively, with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Comfort and confidence in providing hiring managers with candid and prompt advice.
- Practical experience in sourcing passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
