Overview

Join JD.COM’s team in Düsseldorf as a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for attracting exceptional talent to support our growth and build first-class teams. This role is a strategic partnership with management driving recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding
  • Utilize platforms such as job boards, social media, and campus recruiting to source applicants
  • Conduct interviews assessing both professional qualifications and cultural fit
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting and talent acquisition matters
  • Analyze talent needs and produce tailored recruiting solutions
  • Regularly present recruitment metrics, market insights, and talent trends
  • Contribute actively to employer branding and represent the company externally
  • Ensure precise documentation in the Workday recruiting system
  • Monitor key indicators including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
  • Guarantee compliance with German labor laws and internal policies

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within international settings
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of the German job market and recruiting channels
  • Proficient with recruiting tools such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Independent and result-driven work approach in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles in engineering, product, or data
  • Basic understanding of German labor law
  • Proven track record in building teams from scratch
  • Background in employer branding strategies
