About the Role and Team
The TikTok Talent Acquisition team focuses on recruiting exceptional professionals across diverse roles including Product Management, Regional Operations, Data Analysis, Customer Service, and Project Management. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to sustain a robust talent pipeline tailored to evolving business needs. This role involves creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies driven by data analyses and market insights, leading recruitment processes instilled with Diversity & Inclusion best practices, and ensuring strong partnerships with stakeholders throughout hiring cycles. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with organizational people goals.
- Engage business leaders to evaluate talent requirements and execute hiring plans within set timelines.
- Leverage established professional networks to identify and attract experienced, diverse, and ambitious candidates.
- Manage candidate screening, selection, and interview processes efficiently.
- Lead recruiting projects and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Deliver a seamless, candidate-centric experience from application through offer including skill evaluation, reference verification, compensation negotiation, and candidate closure.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing recruitment workflows.
- Commitment to providing outstanding candidate experiences regardless of hiring outcome.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, capable of working independently.
- Proven ability to close senior-level and executive candidates and negotiate multifaceted compensation packages.
- Collaborative, optimistic attitude and readiness to contribute actively in building a strong team culture.
Preferred: Experience in recruitment within a technology business environment is advantageous.
