We are expanding from a scheduling tool into a comprehensive productivity and collaboration solution, requiring talented individuals to help build our growing teams across engineering, product, and commercial departments.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle. You'll proactively source top-tier talent, drive hiring processes, and forge strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike to shape the next chapter of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from role intake to offer acceptance across departments including engineering, product, and commercial roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through strategic sourcing and networking efforts.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles to ensure steady availability of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and maintain a high-quality, structured recruitment process.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey regardless of the outcome.
• Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system (Teamtailor) to keep pipelines organized and report on key recruitment metrics such as time to fill and quality of hire.
• Lead offer negotiations in cooperation with People Operations to successfully close candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives by collaborating with marketing to enhance Doodle's career presence and attract relevant talent.
• Maintain active engagement with talent pools and participate in networking events to promote the brand and connect with potential candidates.
• Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and structured hiring processes.
• Provide leadership with transparent reports on hiring pipelines and progress.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within tech or SaaS environments.
• A strong, active network in the SaaS or tech community, especially in engineering disciplines.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered tools; able to locate candidates proactively rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Deep understanding of SaaS company structures with ability to recruit for engineering, product, and commercial teams, speaking the respective technical and business languages.
• Thrives managing multiple open roles simultaneously, taking ownership and meeting recruitment targets efficiently.
• Communicates with clarity and honesty, delivering prompt and constructive feedback.
• Fluent in English, with German language skills considered an advantage.
• Based in London or Berlin with legal authorization to work; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.
