About the Role
We are an expanding global B2B technology firm increasing our footprint in the U.S. market. Seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition and People Partner based in New York who will lead U.S. recruitment initiatives, focusing strongly on Go-To-Market teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role also serves as the core HR representative and cultural ambassador for our New York office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all U.S.-based positions, emphasizing growth within GTM teams.
- Implement sophisticated talent sourcing and proactive hunting methods to secure highly qualified passive candidates amidst competitive conditions.
- Provide expertise and guidance to hiring managers and global leaders regarding labor market insights, recruitment strategies, and interview methodologies.
- Function as the local liaison for the global People team by facilitating onboarding, managing employee lifecycle activities, and fostering a positive office culture at the NY location.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-moving B2B SaaS, technology startups, or high-growth companies.
- Proven track record recruiting for Go-To-Market roles such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Knowledgeable about the Israeli technology sector and ecosystem.
