About the Role and Company
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Manufacturing, Operations, and Distribution for a high-growth US defense technology innovator based in Texas. This organization develops advanced proprietary hardware and AI/ML-driven robotic weapon systems specifically designed for national security and defense modernization. As they expand their manufacturing capabilities and supply chain infrastructure, this recruiter will play a key role in building out manufacturing facilities and distribution networks.
Our company has been instrumental in scaling teams for notable clients such as Microsoft, Mailchimp, Google, Quizlet, and Fortinet since 2020. We harness a combination of technology and human expertise to create a recruiting environment powered by an advanced tech stack that empowers recruiters to excel.
Role Responsibilities
- Function as an embedded recruiter within the client account, acting as an "in-house" talent acquisition partner representing a cutting-edge defense robotics brand.
- Specialize in searches for Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Managers, and Logistics/Distribution professionals to support the development of physical products.
- Manage candidate pipelines, handle interview scheduling, and lead candidate negotiations.
- Conduct comprehensive sourcing through LinkedIn, industry-specific networks, and regional industrial talent pools.
- Engage with client stakeholders including plant managers and operations leaders located in Austin and Alexandria.
- Collaborate closely with bubb’s creative and account management teams to enhance candidate attraction efforts.
