Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating with leadership to meet evolving hiring needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake and sourcing to evaluation, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.
- Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to grasp workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide strategic advice to internal teams on talent availability, market trends, and competitive hiring practices.
- Establish strong partnerships across HR, People Operations, and business units to support workforce planning efforts.
- Guide hiring managers through structured, fair candidate assessments to ensure unbiased hiring decisions.
- Design targeted sourcing strategies tailored for both high-volume and specialized technical or professional positions.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines leveraging networks, referrals, sourcing platforms, and industry contacts.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection efficiently throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to oversee candidate workflows and ensure accurate data management.
- Drive process enhancements and implement new tools to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring results.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to forecast hiring demands and support strategic talent planning.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to analyze hiring performance, pipeline health, and process effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and risk management standards throughout recruitment.
- Represent the organization professionally in all candidate engagements, fostering positive recruitment experiences.
- Stay informed about emerging recruitment technologies, including automation and AI tools, to modernize sourcing and hiring practices.
