About the role
Procare HR is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Procare CONNECT team. This is a fully remote position in the United States, and it no longer includes client-facing engagement. The role sits within Procare HR’s mission to improve workforce outcomes for care providers through specialized HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, workers’ compensation management, and broader HR support.

What you’ll do
You will support a busy talent acquisition function as part of the Procare CONNECT team. The work calls for sharp attention to detail, strong organization, clear communication, and a service-minded approach. You’ll be expected to respond quickly to concerns, look for ways to improve processes, and help drive action plans that remove barriers and keep recruiting efforts moving efficiently.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and bring at least two years of experience in recruiting or human resources. Comfort working with Microsoft Office, HRIS and ATS tools, CRM systems, and online meeting platforms is required. Background experience in senior living is preferred.
