Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cobalt Service Partners, you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring skilled Technicians and Sales/Accounting professionals for our partner companies. You will be an ambassador of our culture and help shape the talent pool fueling our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume recruitment efforts primarily targeting Technicians in Doors & Security.
  • Source both active and passive candidates by creatively building networks and exploring diverse sourcing channels.
  • Own the entire hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance to ensure efficient and smooth candidate experiences.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to refine job descriptions, comprehend role requirements, and establish hiring criteria.
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters to foster teamwork, share ideas, and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • Adapt to additional recruitment duties as necessary, including occasional travel to support hiring initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to discern candidate qualifications and screen effectively by asking pertinent questions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Creative in developing sourcing tactics for varied roles.
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of generating a sense of urgency.
  • Skillful in multi-tasking and deadline management.
  • Knowledgeable about recruitment laws and compliance best practices.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse preferred) and comfortable using Microsoft Office or equivalent software.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base salary plus commission with an overall target compensation between $85,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage, 401(k) matching, and flexible time off.
