Job description
About ArchKey
ArchKey ranks among the largest privately held specialty trade installation and integrated facility service firms in the United States. The company designs, builds, and maintains electrical, technology, and specialty systems, helping deliver infrastructure that is sustainable, scalable, and equitable. Its work is focused on building the future while also strengthening communities and careers.
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle hiring efforts for assigned requisitions, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, candidate pipeline development, and delivering a positive experience for applicants and new hires. This role works closely with HR, talent acquisition leadership, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, shape recruitment strategies, and support staffing decisions in line with company policies and employment laws. The position is remote and requires a high degree of independence, business judgment, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will consult with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, understand department needs and staffing gaps, and recruit high-quality talent that fits the organization’s culture. You will use recruitment tools and networks to build candidate pipelines, create regular status reports, coordinate hiring and offer decisions, and maintain accurate records in HRIS and related systems. You will also stay current on recruitment best practices, support continuous improvement efforts, and help reinforce the company’s mission, values, safety expectations, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What the Company Is Looking For
The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, strong negotiation ability, and the confidence to influence stakeholders at different levels. Clear communication, relationship-building, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions are essential. Success in this role also depends on strong analytical thinking, process discipline, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information carefully.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may be considered. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in construction or a similar environment, along with working knowledge of U.S. employment laws such as affirmative action and related federal and state requirements. Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is required, as is proven capability in advising senior leaders, preparing reports, and managing staffing recommendations.
Additional Information
Occasional travel may be required. This is a fully remote position.
Benefits
ArchKey offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, holidays, wellness programs, professional development support, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance programs. The benefits package is intended to support employee health, financial security, growth, and overall work-life balance.
