Role overview
This role focuses on shaping learning strategies that strengthen functional, behavioral, and leadership capabilities across the organization. The scope spans participants from campus recruits through senior leadership, with a strong emphasis on high-potential talent through advanced development initiatives. It also aims to improve employee engagement by delivering impactful learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
The position involves building and rolling out organization-wide learning programs that help unlock employee potential and create a long-term learning ecosystem for leaders. The role covers capability building across functional, behavioral, and leadership areas for audiences ranging from fresh campus hires to senior leaders.
- Design, develop, and implement large-scale learning initiatives aligned to business needs and leadership development goals.
- Work closely with project leaders and functional heads to gather insights and translate them into program design and impact measurement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive enterprise learning priorities and support a high-performance culture.
- Create and apply consistent approaches, metrics, and evaluation methods to assess the impact of learning interventions.
- Benchmark programs and practices against relevant companies, industries, and market standards to stay competitive.
- Lead and guide research on academies, corporate universities, and workplace learning practices in India and overseas to identify and adopt best practices.
- Manage budgeting, reporting, analytics, and sentiment-related inputs connected to talent management and learning.
Experience and education
The preferred profile is a postgraduate from a premier business school with exposure to leadership development in large, diversified organizations, or a postgraduate in construction project management. The candidate should have experience building and executing enterprise-level organizational and leadership development initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. Prior work in designing and facilitating programs for varied employee groups is important, along with the ability to quickly understand business drivers, industry context, and their connection to talent strategy.
