- Handle candidate communication from first contact through offer acceptance to ensure a responsive and polished experience.
- Coordinate offer steps and pre-onboarding activities with People & Culture to support smooth transitions.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline status, then share findings and suggestions to improve hiring results globally.
- Assist with global talent acquisition initiatives such as process enhancements, interview training, and talent mapping.
- Help establish consistent, scalable hiring practices across the company and support inclusive recruitment standards.
- Work with external recruitment partners, including agencies and vendors, where needed and assess quality and value.

- Take on additional cross-functional tasks and projects as assigned.

- Experience finding, engaging, and securing talent using both traditional and creative passive sourcing methods is important.
- Ability to use sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify suitable candidates.
- Background in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing leadership-level candidates up to VP level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-driven approach with comfort working through ambiguity and limited direction.
