Candidate profile
The ideal applicant brings 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience, including hands-on exposure to a 360-degree recruitment model. A strong background in business development and candidate sourcing is important, along with a self-driven attitude and a genuine interest in connecting talent with the right opportunities.
Mandatory certification and eligibility
Applicants must hold a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI). This role is open only to Singapore citizens or permanent residents, as work permit sponsorship is not available.
