Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate, you will collaborate closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to execute efficient hiring practices that place candidate experience at the forefront. Your role will involve managing coordination, ensuring operational precision, and enforcing seamless process delivery throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule interviews, coordinating among various stakeholders across different time zones to facilitate a smooth process.
  • Handle all interview logistics including confirmations and adjustments with meticulous attention and promptness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates during their interview journey, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to monitor and maintain alignment with hiring timelines and objectives.
  • Keep candidate and job opening information accurate and up to date within Workday Recruiting and other talent acquisition systems.
  • Prepare and distribute offer documents and assist with pre-employment procedures such as background verifications.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and technology to enhance productivity and streamline recruiting operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring protocols, legal standards, and data privacy policies.
  • Participate in ongoing process optimization efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability of talent acquisition functions.

  • Exceptional organizational aptitude with a keen eye for detail capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication abilities paired with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate-centered experience.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members.
  • Experience or willingness to effectively deploy AI technologies to boost workflow productivity.
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude coupled with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and ownership.
