Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to support a technology client and help expand its hiring capability within a rapidly growing tech environment. This position combines senior individual contributor responsibilities with team leadership, and it focuses on building strong recruitment pipelines, shaping hiring plans, and working closely with business leaders to bring in strong talent for both technical and business functions.

Talent Strategy & Leadership

  • Guide, mentor, and develop recruiters and sourcers, while setting clear expectations and promoting a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Create and roll out a hiring strategy that supports headcount planning and broader business goals.
  • Work with senior leaders and HR business partners to predict hiring demand, define role requirements, and put workforce planning processes in place.
  • Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and talent networking sessions.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for priority and senior positions, from approval of the opening to acceptance of the offer.
  • Build structured interview processes, assessment tools based on competencies, and clear candidate scoring methods.
  • Oversee external recruitment partners, executive search firms, and other talent vendors to ensure strong results and cost effectiveness.
  • Track recruitment performance indicators such as time to fill, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.

Stakeholder Management & Advisory

  • Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation comparisons, and candidate supply.
  • Share recruitment updates and insights with HR leadership, including pipeline status, hiring performance, and market movement.
  • Improve hiring processes continuously while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal governance requirements.
  • Partner with the People Operations team to help create a smooth onboarding experience and strengthen the overall candidate journey.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 2 or more years in a lead or people management role.
  • Experience hiring for a technology company or recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, data, product, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring pipelines while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance speed, quality, and cost across competing hiring needs.
  • Data-oriented decision-making approach with strong recruitment reporting and analytics skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Additional Information
