Candidates should have a proven track record of running full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels. Prior exposure to the luxury retail sector is required. Strong sourcing capability, interview technique knowledge, and familiarity with recruitment tools are essential. Professional fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
