Job description

About the Company

MarketsVox is a rapidly expanding retail CFD and FX broker with ambitious plans to grow across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and other international markets. The business moves fast, values high-calibre people, and is focused on building a strong growth story.

Role Overview

This is the company’s first dedicated talent acquisition position, so you will be shaping the function rather than joining an established team. The scope covers sourcing strategy, employer branding, ATS implementation, and executive hiring. You will work closely with the CEO, CCO, and department leaders to recruit for sales, technology, finance, compliance, operations, and other functions across different regions and time zones.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who enjoys high autonomy, takes ownership naturally, and wants to help define how the organisation scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create the talent acquisition framework from scratch, including workflows, tools, and recruitment playbooks.
  • Manage hiring across the full employee lifecycle for multiple teams such as commercial, technology, finance, compliance, and operations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to clarify job needs, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
  • Design and run sourcing approaches through professional networks, job boards, specialist fintech communities, and direct outreach.
  • Oversee and improve the ATS experience in Workable, including pipelines, reporting, and distribution of job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other global platforms.
  • Strengthen the employer brand in priority markets including SEA, LATAM, MENA, and Europe.
  • Support hiring diversity efforts while maintaining a strong and consistent candidate journey.
  • Monitor key recruitment indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
  • Build the foundation for future expansion into a leadership role as the hiring function grows.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

  • You will be building the recruitment function rather than inheriting one.
  • The role offers direct influence on business growth priorities.
  • Hiring will span fast-moving and internationally diverse markets, including SEA, LATAM, MENA, and Europe.
  • The company treats hiring as a strategic advantage, not just an operational task.

Requirements

Candidates should bring at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services. Experience recruiting across commercial, technology, and compliance roles is especially valuable.

The ideal person is proactive in sourcing, comfortable finding talent directly rather than waiting for applications. Experience using ATS platforms is important, and Workable knowledge is a strong advantage. You should also be confident working with senior stakeholders and leading hiring conversations with C-suite leaders.

The role requires comfort working across multiple regions and time zones. Candidates should already be based in Dubai or be willing to relocate. English fluency is essential, and Arabic or any additional language skills would be an added benefit.

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive base pay with a performance-linked bonus tied to hiring outcomes.
  • Dubai-based hybrid arrangement with flexibility from the start.
  • Travel support for regional recruitment events, career fairs, and industry exhibitions.
  • Annual compensation review aligned with both company progress and individual growth.
  • Opportunity to progress quickly into a Head of People or TA Lead position as the team expands.
  • Direct access to the CEO and CCO, with the function given strong visibility.
  • Exposure to global hiring markets, ensuring varied and dynamic work.

Additional Information

This position is intended for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment and wants to have a meaningful impact on the company’s scaling journey.
