Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Lead will spearhead the development and execution of the company's hiring strategy, focusing on attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent. This role encompasses managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with business leaders, and establishing efficient hiring processes. A key focus will be on cultivating a strong employer brand and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.

  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Guide, mentor, and develop the recruitment team, fostering professional growth.
  • Establish clear recruitment policies and strategies, providing direction to the team.
  • Enhance the Talent Acquisition function's capabilities and the team's professional skills.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance benchmarks for the TA department.
  • Promote high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
  • Elevate the candidate experience and maintain consistent employer brand messaging.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, including Business Unit Heads, Site Managers, and Corporate Function Leaders.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business expansion objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast future hiring requirements.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools and communities for ongoing engagement.
  • Forge strategic alliances with recruitment agencies to fill specialized and challenging positions.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, employee referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Build and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet future workforce needs.
  • Champion and implement diversity hiring initiatives.
  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding.
  • Ensure targets for quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-effectiveness are achieved.
  • Manage recruitment for critical, senior-level, and niche positions.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Develop and implement digital marketing-driven recruitment strategies that extend beyond conventional methods, incorporating social media engagement, content marketing, branding videos, and employee interview features.
  • Regularly analyze, review, and optimize recruitment channels and tools.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Business Intelligence (BI), and analytics data to inform decision-making.
  • Strengthen the employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Improve the candidate experience at every interaction point.
  • Lead initiatives for recruitment transformation, including TA digitalization, AI tool integration, and process automation.

Requirements

  • Possess 7 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of leading recruitment teams.
  • Have practical experience with direct sourcing methods, including tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
  • Experience in environments requiring high-volume hiring or specialized recruitment.
  • A strong record of success in stakeholder management and business partnering.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Additional Information

This role is based in Tampines, East Region, Singapore.
