Role Overview

Bayut is seeking a meticulous Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist the recruitment team in identifying, engaging, and hiring strong candidates. This role centers on keeping the hiring workflow organized, handling job listings, arranging interviews, and making sure applicants receive a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle from opening a role to final coordination.
  • Publish vacancies on different hiring channels and monitor incoming applications.
  • Organize interview schedules, liaise with hiring managers, and keep candidates informed in a timely manner.
  • Update and preserve accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Serve as a central contact for applicants and help maintain a positive hiring experience.
  • Share updates with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for newly hired employees.
  • Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other hiring documents.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting materials.
  • Support employer branding activities, job fairs, and recruitment events.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities are essential.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills are needed.
  • Applicants must not have previously enrolled in or benefited from the Tamheer Program.
  • Applicants should not have had any work experience during the last 6 months.
