Role Overview
We are hiring a meticulous Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist the recruitment function in sourcing, engaging, and hiring strong talent. This role focuses on keeping hiring activities organized, coordinating interviews, managing postings, and helping candidates move smoothly through each stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle from initial posting through final coordination.
- Publish openings across different channels and monitor incoming applications.
- Arrange interviews, align schedules with hiring managers, and keep candidate communication timely.
- Maintain complete and accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Serve as the main contact for candidates and help ensure a positive hiring journey.
- Share updates with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding tasks for newly hired employees.
- Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Update hiring reports and dashboards as needed.
- Help with employer branding activities, career fairs, and recruiting events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong planning and multitasking abilities.
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must not have previously used the Tamheer Program.
- Applicants must not have had any work experience during the last 6 months.
