Role Overview
This position focuses on campus hiring support, trainee engagement, onboarding coordination, and end-to-end program management for selected candidates, Graduate Trainees, and Interns. The role also involves close collaboration with HR, Learning & Development, business leaders, and other stakeholders to keep the campus program running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with selected campus candidates before they join so their transition into the organisation is seamless.
- Handle onboarding, induction, document collection, and joining formalities for campus hires, Graduate Trainees, and Interns.
- Run the daily coordination for the campus program, covering training calendars, attendance, assessments, reviews, and key milestone tracking.
- Partner with L&D, HR business partners, managers, and other stakeholders to deliver the training and development journey effectively.
- Monitor trainee progress, performance inputs, assessment results, readiness for deployment, and overall program completion.
- Organise regular check-ins and engagement initiatives to create a positive trainee experience and address concerns quickly.
- Keep trackers, trainee databases, dashboards, and MIS reports accurate and up to date.
- Support the handover and placement of trainees into their assigned roles and business teams.
- Assist with campus hiring activities such as candidate follow-up, assessment planning, interview scheduling, and documentation support as needed.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should hold an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, if available, and bring 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, or program coordination.
Additional Requirements
Applicants should have strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities, along with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage several deadlines at once. Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is also expected.
