Swimwerks hires for varied roles including Lifeguards, Swim Coaches / Instructors, Business Development Executives, and Operation Executives. Below is the detailed focus for Swim Coach / Swimming Instructor positions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured 'learn to swim' programs suited for pre-schoolers and older students.
- Uphold safety protocols and swimming facility guidelines consistently.
- Plan instructional lessons carefully while maintaining attendance and progression documentation.
- Manage expectations of students and their guardians with professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to proficiently demonstrate Front Crawl, Breaststroke, and Backstroke techniques.
- No mandatory certification required; however, shortlisted candidates will be offered training courses. Preference given to those possessing International Swim Teacher Certifications or NROC Certification.
- Genuine passion for swimming, teaching, and engaging with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities paired with a friendly disposition.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a penchant for accuracy in lesson planning.
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about working outdoors and aquatic environments.
