Overview
Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a knowledgeable Support Engineer to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in IT support, capable of addressing technical issues and maintaining enterprise systems to ensure seamless operation and excellent service to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and networking-related problems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents promptly within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide assistance and support for Windows operating systems, Office 365 suite, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
- Administer user account management, maintain system configurations, and keep technical documentation updated.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues appropriately while adhering to ITIL service management frameworks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent discipline is mandatory.
- At least five years of experience in IT support roles.
- Possession of a valid ITIL certification is required.
- Proficient understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking basics.
- Strong analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities.
