About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join a reputable global capital goods company with origins dating back to 1842, specializing in equipment and services for agriculture and construction industries. The position is a temporary engagement lasting between 5 to 6 months, located in St Marys with a flexible hybrid work arrangement—three days onsite and two days remote—with free onsite parking and nearby cafes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage replenishment systems and processes to uphold high service levels.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and freight forwarders, fostering strong partnerships and trust.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Identify and drive efficiencies while minimizing supply chain disruptions.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in supply planning, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused and commercial mindset.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning in-built supply planning systems with support from an experienced team.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain accuracy in high-pressure environments.
