Supply Chain Partner

Role overview

Bank Partners, part of Acacium Group, is looking for a Supply Chain Partner to join its Strategic Workforce team. This is a permanent remote role within the UK, offering a salary of up to £35,000 per year depending on experience, plus a strong benefits package.

In this position, you will help keep supply chain operations organised, compliant and efficient. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to make sure processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key duties

• Coordinate supplier onboarding, including document collection, compliance verification and tracking progress through the onboarding process.
• Keep supplier information up to date, including system changes, contract renewals and access rights across supply chain platforms.
• Serve as the main contact for supplier questions, offering timely support and escalating issues when needed.
• Assist with governance activities, reporting and supplier communications while ensuring compliance requirements are consistently followed.

Experience and technical background

• Experience maintaining accurate records, trackers and data systems.
• Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and resolving queries professionally.
• Background working in structured processes, governance frameworks or compliance-led environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
