  • Oversee procurement of raw materials and subcontracted services.
  • Manage and nurture supplier relationships to maintain consistent quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement supplier performance measurement tools such as scorecards tracking on-time delivery and quality metrics.
  • Negotiate pricing structures, long-term contracts, and strategic partnerships supporting company objectives.
  • Coordinate sourcing operations and supplier capacity in anticipation of demand forecasts and customer commitments.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain, including material shortages, capacity issues, lead time delays, and external market influences.
  • Supervise Material Requirements Planning (MRP), implementing corrections to address inventory imbalances and planning errors.
  • Track and report key KPIs including On-Time Delivery, Supplier Delivery, Inventory Turns, MRP Accuracy, Purchase Price Variance, and Material Availability.
  • Present data-driven performance reports and improvement plans to senior leadership.
