Role overview
This position supports the day-to-day coordination of supply chain and logistics operations, helping ensure goods, materials, and related information move efficiently across the workflow. You will partner with internal teams and outside vendors to keep operations organized, reliable, and on schedule.
What you will do
- Help manage routine logistics and supply chain activities that keep operations running smoothly.
- Monitor shipments, delivery timelines, and fulfillment progress.
- Keep logistics and inventory documentation accurate and up to date.
- Assist with stock tracking, inventory coordination, and replenishment support.
- Stay in contact with suppliers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to share updates and resolve issues.
- Support shipping, receiving, and transportation paperwork.
- Flag possible delays, risks, or operational concerns as they arise.
- Assist with basic logistics reporting and analysis of operational data.
- Contribute to process reviews and initiatives focused on better efficiency and cost control.
- Follow internal procedures and supply chain guidelines to maintain compliance.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing several priorities at once. A practical understanding of logistics and supply chain workflows is important, along with the ability to communicate clearly and work well both independently and with a team. Familiarity with spreadsheets, logistics software, or ERP systems will be useful. A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
