This position supports day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities by handling coordination, tracking, and light administrative work. The coordinator helps keep shipments organized, records current, and communication flowing between internal teams and outside partners so that operations run smoothly.
In this role, you will monitor orders, shipments, and delivery progress, making sure status information stays accurate and updated. You will also assist with logistics paperwork, follow up on timelines, and help address straightforward problems related to delays or order changes.
Regular contact with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders is part of the job, with a focus on confirming shipment details and sharing updates. You will also help organize logistics data, maintain files, and support reporting tasks.
