Role overview
We are looking for an organized and detail-focused Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to help run logistics and supply chain activities. The position centers on coordinating the movement of goods, keeping workflows on track, maintaining precise documentation, and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations.
You will work with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to monitor shipments, manage schedules, and handle operational issues as they arise. The role is important for supporting on-time deliveries, accurate inventory control, and efficient distribution processes.
This position suits someone who is comfortable working in a busy operational environment, handling multiple priorities, and communicating clearly while maintaining accuracy. You will also review operational data, monitor logistics performance, and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics activities such as transportation, shipping, and distribution coordination.
- Monitor shipment progress, deliveries, and inventory movement across supply chain systems.
- Keep logistics records, order details, and supporting documents accurate and up to date.
- Track inventory levels and assist with inventory control processes.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
- Help plan schedules and coordinate supply chain workflows.
- Review logistics and operational data to spot trends, gaps, and inefficiencies.
- Support process-improvement and operational-optimization efforts.
- Prepare reports, performance updates, and status summaries.
- Follow logistics procedures and operational standards to support compliance.
- Address operational problems and escalate issues when required.
Qualifications
