What you will do

- Review existing processes and identify ways to make operations more effective across industries such as life sciences, food and beverages, and manufacturing.
- Plan and run client workshops to uncover business needs, pain points, and supply chain challenges.
- Collect and organize the key information needed to keep stakeholders informed and aligned without unnecessary detail.
- Collaborate with clients to develop a concept book that outlines future processes and organizational changes.
- Support implementation activities to help ensure a smooth move to the new way of working.
What Bluecrux is looking for

The role is best suited to someone with around 2 years of experience in supply chain or operations roles such as inventory analysis, end-to-end planning, S&OP planning, production scheduling, warehouse management, or logistics management. A basic understanding of supply chain tools, ERP systems, and data analysis is important.
You should be a confident problem solver with a quick analytical mind, capable of handling a fast-moving international environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, and a willingness to keep learning are also key.
A Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or Data Science is required, and an MBA is considered an advantage. Fluency in English is necessary, and additional languages are a plus. You should also be willing to travel internationally and work in a hybrid setup.
