Job description

Role overview

A fast-growing women’s health and supplements brand is hiring a Supply Chain and Operations Manager to support its next phase of expansion. The business has already seen strong early traction and community growth, and is now preparing to scale its product range and international footprint.

You will work closely with the founders in a hands-on role covering daily operations for a high-growth ecommerce company. The position suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership naturally, and wants broad exposure across supply chain, inventory, product development launches, and operational planning.

This role is based in Stanmore with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Compensation

The salary range is £35,000 to £50,000, plus shares.

Responsibilities

  • Handle everyday communication with third-party logistics providers and suppliers.
  • Track stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and support inventory forecasting aligned to growth plans.
  • Assist in finding and managing suppliers and manufacturers while strengthening operational relationships.
  • Support the launch of new products, from sourcing materials through to production.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable workflows, systems, and AI-supported operational improvements.
  • Work alongside customer service and internal teams to share operational updates and keep everyone aligned.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, ecommerce, or supply chain. They should be extremely organised, detail-focused, commercially aware, and confident working with data.

Success in this role also depends on being proactive, adaptable, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup or challenger-brand setting.

Additional information

The organisation places strong value on diversity, inclusion, and creating a recruitment process where candidates can show up authentically.

Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates are likely to hear back. If there is no response within 14 days, the application will not be moving forward. The role may also close while applications are still being reviewed.

This opportunity is aimed at someone ready to contribute in a scale-up environment with broad responsibility and significant ownership from the outset.
