Role Overview

This position supports the German supplier management process, focusing on onboarding, integration, and ongoing operations. It holds a key role in maintaining the best data assets in the DACH region and contributes towards Experian’s objective of becoming the leading credit bureau there.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling detailed processing of debtor cases requiring clarification
• Managing public and non-public debtor information including insolvencies, court data, and debt collection matters
• Analyzing legal texts related to insolvency law
• Corresponding in writing with enforcement and insolvency courts regarding complaints
• Engaging in telephone communication with data suppliers
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing data files and ensuring their quality
• Collaborating closely with Sales, IT, and Legal departments across various projects and topics
• Utilizing the Jira ticketing system for task management
• Contributing to and shaping projects aimed at system development
• Supporting team leadership in the establishment of new technical infrastructure in the DACH region

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed commercial or legal training
• Strong sense of responsibility when handling data
• Analytical mindset with solution-oriented thinking
• Dependable, structured, and autonomous work habits
• Ability to contribute proactively and focus on outcomes
• Enthusiasm and experience in project execution
• Excellent teamwork skills along with adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Very good communication abilities
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with legal dunning procedures, enforcement, and insolvency is desirable
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Confluence is advantageous
