Job description
Role summary
This position is focused on handling supplier registration and onboarding from start to finish for Bloom Holding and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will help make sure vendor information stays accurate, supplier documents meet company standards, and approved vendors are added quickly so procurement activities can run smoothly while data quality and compliance are maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee incoming supplier registration requests and guide qualified vendors through a prompt onboarding process.
- Examine supplier applications and supporting files to confirm they are complete, valid, and aligned with internal requirements.
- Check supplier-submitted documents before giving registration approval.
- Keep vendor master data current and accurate.
- Set up new qualified vendors in SAP and other procurement platforms.
- Carry out supplier due diligence checks and assist with vendor qualification in line with procurement policies.
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to move supplier approvals forward.
- Track expiry dates for supplier documents and ensure licenses, certificates, and required records are renewed on time.
- Assist with supplier categorization, classification, and performance data activities.
- Handle supplier questions about registration criteria, application status, and system issues.
- Prepare vendor registration reports, KPI dashboards, and analytical reports for management.
- Make sure supplier files, approvals, and backup documents are complete, well maintained, and ready for audit review.
- Look for ways to improve onboarding workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Contribute to procurement digitalization efforts and system improvements tied to vendor management.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
Education and experience
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline is expected. A professional certification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management will be considered an advantage. The role calls for 2 to 5 years of experience in supplier registration, vendor management, procurement administration, or similar work. Practical exposure to ERP platforms, especially SAP, is preferred. Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate procurement settings is also an added advantage.
