Supervisor/Consultant - Manicure and Pedicure Services

Job Overview

Donna Spa Pte Ltd, located in Orchard within the Central Region, specializes in Hair & Beauty Services. They are seeking a full-time Supervisor/Consultant with expertise in manicure and pedicure to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality nail services, managing a team, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outstanding nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and gel nail applications.
• Offer creative recommendations for nail designs and nail art tailored to client preferences.
• Assess clients' nail health and provide guidance on appropriate nail care and suitable treatments.
• Conduct follow-up on services and provide ongoing support and consultation to staff members.
• Lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring smooth operations and quality service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage appointment scheduling.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Supervisor or Consultant in manicure and pedicure services is essential.
• Capability to provide a wide range of nail services to clients.

Working Hours and Locations

• The role follows Monday to Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and weekend/public holiday schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Work locations include Orchard (Mandarin Gallery), Ang Mo Kio, IMM, Clementi Mall, and White Sands.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from SGD 4,000 to SGD 6,000.
