Supervisor - Fire & Life Safety (FLS)

Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor for Fire & Life Safety (FLS) based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of fire safety systems ensuring safety standards and local codes are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the installation team during the setup of system components like piping, conduit, cabling, panels, and devices.
• Manage regular preventive and corrective maintenance on client systems to maintain reliable operation.
• Document any discrepancies between site conditions and technical drawings to resolve issues promptly and avoid project delays.
• Adhere strictly to industry best practices and local regulatory codes related to fire and life safety.
• Ensure that the team complies with site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma degree (three years) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related field; alternatively, ITI certification with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• 8 to 10 years of practical experience in a relevant technical field.
• Solid working and theoretical knowledge of electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
