Programme overview

The Summer Associate Internship is a 12-week structured programme designed to combine training, exposure, and networking to prepare participants for careers in investing. The internship gives candidates a chance to see how investment ideas are developed, evaluated, and translated into real impact.

As an Associate Intern, you will work on investment research and thematic assignments, contribute to live projects, and explore major trends that are influencing the future. The role offers a close view of how long-term capital can support sustainable growth, innovation, and outcomes that benefit future generations.

What you will experience

You will get exposure to the organisation’s culture with support from your team and a buddy, learn from leaders involved in investing and business, and connect with colleagues through networking events, volunteering activities, and recreational programmes. The internship also includes onboarding, practical project exposure, a financial technical training bootcamp, and the use of AI-enabled tools to support investment research, market intelligence, and due diligence.

You will contribute to real investment workstreams and strategic initiatives, take ownership of individual assignments with guidance from experienced professionals, and receive mid-point and final evaluations. Regular feedback, coaching, and development conversations are part of the programme. The organisation also aims for strong performers to convert into full-time Associates in summer 2028.

This opportunity is open to penultimate-year students from any discipline who are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to make a meaningful contribution. Backgrounds in finance, engineering, science, technology, humanities, and other fields are welcome.
