Stylerunner is looking for an energetic and fashion-conscious Style Lead (3IC) to join the Pacific Fair store and progress their retail leadership career. What the role involves

In this role, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an elevated in-store experience while strengthening your own leadership skills. You will take responsibility for important areas of the store, guide the team through daily trading, and step up into leadership duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Lead the floor team and help create a memorable customer experience.
• Support visual merchandising, inventory control, and overall store presentation.
• Help maintain a positive store culture and strong team morale.
• Coach and guide new starters and casual team members.
• Take charge of leadership tasks when senior leaders are not available in store.
• Ensure safety standards, compliance requirements, and operational processes are upheld.

Requirements

• Prior retail experience is required; supervisory or team leader experience will be viewed favourably.
• Genuine interest in fashion, active lifestyles, and premium product ranges.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence, flexibility, and a natural sense of style.
• Availability on key trading days, including weekends.
