The Studio Lead at JETSET Pilates in Pinecrest, FL is a vital member of the team, dedicated to supporting clients and instructors while ensuring a superior service experience. This role involves direct client engagement, assistance to staff, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere in the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional boutique fitness service consistently to all clients.
• Welcome and professionally check-in clients on arrival and thank them upon their departure.
• Recruit and maintain client relationships, address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and appropriately escalate concerns.
• Handle membership and class package sales both in-person, online, and via phone.
• Manage new sales activities alongside the General Manager or Owner-Operator using the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) system (AXLE).
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Process retail transactions accurately and replenish inventory when necessary.
• Perform opening and closing tasks in support of instructors.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide accurate policy and pricing information.
• Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
