Student Assistant - Camper Rental Support (m/f/d)

Role Overview

As part of the camper rental team, you will actively participate in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of our camper vehicles, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your support will be vital in assisting with camper pick-up and return, bringing joy to our customers' journeys and helping our station team handle daily tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of camper vans to maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming clients and assisting them during camper handover and return processes.
• Collaborate with the station team to manage various daily operational duties, ensuring smooth workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a proactive, hands-on attitude with a preference for active work rather than office tasks.
• Holds a valid Class B driving license, competent in driving vehicles as required.
• Effective communication skills in either German or English to interact comfortably with customers.

Contract Details

• Flexible contract options available including Minijob, student employment, part-time, or full-time arrangements depending on mutual agreement.
• Hourly wage set at 14 euros.
• Working days span from Monday to Saturday, within the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, scheduled by availability.
• Work location is at Am Maarbach 7-9, 54329 Konz, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
• Employment period ranges from August 1st to October 31st.
