Student Aide | Immediate Hiring Across UAE

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Student Aides to join a Government Sector client across multiple UAE locations including Dubai, Sharjah, Eastern region, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Fujairah, and Khor Fakkan. The role involves offering essential classroom, behavioral, and physical support to Students of Determination to create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment that helps students realize their academic and personal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt learning resources under supervision to meet the diverse needs of students
• Support students through daily classroom routines and academic activities
• Promote students' independent learning and active engagement within the classroom
• Accompany students during transitions such as moving between classes, breaks, and transportation
• Assist with physical mobility, positioning, and the use of adaptive equipment
• Provide personal care, including hygiene and feeding support as needed
• Maintain a safe learning environment by proactively managing potential physical hazards
• Implement behavior management strategies and positive intervention plans effectively
• Calmly manage challenging behaviors with patience and care
• Encourage social interaction and facilitate peer friendships throughout the school day
• Offer emotional support to boost the self-esteem of students
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English with students, educators, therapists, and families
• Collaborate regularly with class teachers, therapists, and special education teams to support student development
• Keep accurate records of student progress, behavioral incidents, and daily accomplishments

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum education level: High School diploma or higher
• Relevant experience: At least one year in a related role such as Shadow Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Caregiver, Nursery Assistant, or Special Needs Support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog
• Physical and medical fitness adequate to assist with student mobility and safety
• Personal qualities: Must be exceedingly patient, compassionate, empathetic, and resilient

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of 2500 AED
• Provision of UAE visa
