Role Overview
The Strategy & Operations Lead will collaborate closely with core teams across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development, focusing on critical initiatives with high impact. This role will involve addressing new challenges, developing new capabilities, and driving execution in key areas as BJAK grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-priority projects spanning the business.
- Partner with leadership to tackle challenges related to business and product development.
- Establish and expand teams, processes, and organizational capabilities to support company growth.
- Oversee cross-functional projects from initial planning stages through to completion.
- Conduct market research and explore new products and business opportunities.
- Enhance operational effectiveness by detecting issues and implementing practical improvements.
- Take full ownership of projects to deliver significant business results.
