Role overview
As Strategy Manager for TikTok LIVE in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, you will help shape the growth direction of the livestream business. The role is centered on building a strong strategic view of the market, supporting business planning and insights, and turning analysis into initiatives that accelerate expansion across the DACH region.
What you will do
- Act as a core strategic advisor to the fast-growing TikTok LIVE DACH team, using data and business insight to recommend actions that support growth.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen and expand the livestream business across DACH, while spotting opportunities to scale the business further.
- Support the execution of high-priority growth projects and help ensure they are delivered with strong quality and consistency.
- Build, improve, and standardize internal processes and operating routines so the team can work more efficiently and productively.
- Keep information flowing clearly across teams and help strengthen project management practices and OKR tracking for the wider business.
- Develop and enhance the team’s data and analytical capabilities to support better decisions and sharper planning.
What we are looking for
You should bring at least 4 years of experience in strategic and analytical roles, ideally gained at a leading technology company, consulting firm, or investment firm. Experience with user-generated content or livestreaming will be an advantage. Strong written and spoken English and German are required. The role also calls for someone who is highly responsible, independent, resilient, analytical, and comfortable solving complex problems. A fast-learning, self-directed mindset with structured thinking is important, along with the ability to adapt quickly and work hands-on when needed. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Preferred profile
A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. Genuine enthusiasm for livestreaming and a real interest in creator networks and creator needs will be a strong plus.
