The role is centered on driving growth in the KSA market, improving margins, expanding ecosystem engagement locally, and shaping partner relationships into stronger revenue and service outcomes. It sits at the crossroads of commercial execution, portfolio planning, and senior stakeholder coordination across KSA and group-level teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior point of contact between vendors and internal teams including Sales, Product, Delivery, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Build joint business plans with measurable targets for growth, profitability, and pipeline development.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, incentives, MDF distribution, and longer-term strategic partnership agreements.
  • Run structured quarterly business reviews covering sales performance, market reach, competitive position, and delivery risks.
  • Spot adjacent service opportunities and solution gaps, and suggest improvements that enhance managed services and cybersecurity offerings.
  • Keep vendor roadmaps aligned with internal service development plans, with particular attention to in-country and sovereign requirements.
  • Track performance against contractual, operational, and financial KPIs, and put corrective actions in place when needed.
  • Carry out risk reviews related to commercial exposure, supply continuity, regulatory fit, and business continuity.
  • Back enablement efforts that improve vendor adoption, attach rates, and penetration across business units.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A university degree in Business Administration, IT, Information Security, or related experience in a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the vendor channel environment.
  • Strong background in channel and relationship management.

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and issue-resolution capability.
  • Ability to understand complex business workflows and operational activities.
  • Flexible working style based on business needs.
  • Ability to manage vendor expectations and stakeholder escalations within Help AG.
  • Experience handling complex situations involving multiple vendors with overlapping or conflicting expectations.
